A BCS bowl for USF??!!
I know, I know...it is still premature, but the University of South Florida has the opportunity to make their first ever bowl appearance a BCS bowl appearance. For those of you who may not understand what that means, in a nutshell, if USF earns the right to play in a BCS (Bowl Championship Series) bowl game (they can do so by winning their last two games) the university will be awarded millions of dollars it otherwise wouldn't have. I didn't even mention the national media coverage (yes, an opportunity for the Bulls play on the national stage in primetime). That would be a huge accomplishment for a football program that started in 1997. Well we have UConn (a game that we should win) and West Virginia (a game in which we will be home underdogs) left on the schedule. We will see what will happen. In the meantime, GO BULLS!!

I feel proud to be a BULL!. Being a BULL means you have to know what USF is all about and I hate to say it but I smell a let down vs. UConn. I hope I am wrong but it would not surprise me. The whole team is probably attacking every female that is in a 200 yard radious of Holly. If the fellas look a little sluggish next on vs. Uconn, you and I will definitely know why.
Anonymous,
You have to be more optimistic. You have to speak the victories in existence. I hope the Bucs don't have a home game the Sunday following the West Virginia game. Those goal posts might be coming down at Raymond James stadium.
t.g. gray,
Sorry I dont live in the land of optimistic-ville, but more in the land of reality. I am not saying they cant pull it off but but a lot of things will have to the Bulls way. We all have to remember that they have to get by Uconn before we can even start talking BCS bowl. If they do win, I can expect you to be on the cross bar to the goal post jumping up and down throwing up the USF Bulls symbol.
Anonymous,
I was thinking about the possibility of hopping on the goal post and throwing up the horns if we win. But I don't know how I would explain to my company how I couldn't make it to work on Monday because Hillsborough County Police department got a hold of me.
